About Rancho Santiago Community College District
The Vision 2030 Noncredit Summit is hosted by the Rancho Santiago Community College District (RSCCD), through its two colleges, Santa Ana College and Santiago Canyon College, together building a model for what noncredit education can be: tuition-free, accessible, and life-changing for the adult learners who depend on it.
Santa Ana College School of Continuing Education has been serving adult learners across the region since 1968 and is home to California's largest English as a Second Language program. Santa Ana College was also recognized by Newsweek in 2026 as one of the best schools for online education, a reflection of the institution's ongoing commitment to innovation in service of adult learners.
Santiago Canyon College's Division of Continuing Education brings that same commitment to the communities of Orange, Anaheim Hills, and beyond, offering flexible, career-focused, tuition-free programs that meet students where they are. SCC has been ranked by Niche as the No. 1 community college in Orange County and No. 8 in California.
Together, we believe the best progress happens when institutions learn from each other. We're proud to open that conversation with colleagues across the state.
